Lemon Meringue

Our NYC-style cookies are best enjoyed warm.  Soft on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside. Here’s how to get that fresh-out-of-the-oven feel:

From the fridge:

Let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes, or

Reheat:

Oven: 2–3 minutes at 160°C

Microwave: 10–15 seconds at 800W

From the freezer:

Let sit at room temperature for 30–60 minutes

Reheat:

Oven: 2–4 minutes at 160°C

Microwave: 20–30 seconds at 800W

Tip: Let it cool just a bit for the ultimate gooey bite!
